		<description>Bacon rocks.  Almost any bad situation in life can be turned around with the proper application of bacon.

Pan frying is the only way to cook bacon.  Some individuals claim you can microwave for speed and ease of cooking.  Blasphemy!  Only with pan frying can you achieve true bacon enlightenment - the zen state where the meaty part of the bacon is crispy - not burnt mind you, just crispy; while the fatty part is cooked, but remains pleasantly chewy.</description>
